I really loved the charming atmosphere of Parkhotel Mondschein! Its beautiful garden provided a peaceful retreat after exploring Bolzano, and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet featuring fresh local jams. The staff were attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was varied and kept us energized for exploring the South Tyrolean mountains, offering epic scenery and great biking routes nearby.

We faced some confusion regarding the Bolzano tourist card. The hotel advised us to get it from the tourist information center, but we found out it should have been issued by the hotel itself, leading to unnecessary hassle during our stay.
